Free Eye Exam and Glasses - Doctors with a Heart Program – Registration is now open for Terrezza Optical Group’s annual Doctors with a Heart program, which will take place on Feb. 13. Provides free eye exams and eyeglasses to low-income, uninsured patients.
To begin the registration process, parent must call one of the practice’s participating offices and request registration. A staff member will follow up with each registrant to conduct a brief phone interview to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment for Feb. 13. Program openings are on a first-come, first-served basis, and patients are encouraged to call as soon as possible to begin the registration and verification process.
