ATTENDEES: J. DeStefano, D. Schmidt, A. Perez, L.Schulze, K. Urban, S, Roberts, A. Morgan, J. Rabon, C. Hendrix, L. Lewis, N. Deutsch, A. Cousins, B. Meeker

I. Meeting called to order at 8:20 a.m.

II. Approval of Minutes from previous meeting

L. Lewis 1st motion, J. Destefano -second All in favor- unanimous

III. Principal Update: (J. DeStefano)

a. HNMS Dance-

-   overwhelming success

- Have 2 next year, no downside this year

- Volunteers were key and were great, kids were very well behaved

b.  Band Performances-

- Biggest band in Santa Rosa County

- Outstanding performances, will need three nights of performances next year

c.  State testing initial Results-

- Initial results look good

- At the moment, highest score county for EOC Civics

- 100% students passed algebra and geometry EOC

d.  PTSA Teacher Appreciation Week-

- PTSA knocked it out of the park with great food and amazing prizes all week long

e. Exams-

- 1st and 4th- wednesday, 2nd and 5th- Thursday, 3rd and 6th- Friday

f. Staff-

- Not at 100% at the moment, have concerns, hard to make schedule at 95% staff

IV. Open Forum-

a. Month of military child was very well supported

b.  work with the EFM on base for newcomers with kiddos with special needs (Meeker)

V.  New Business- Approve School Budget for 24-25 school year
